As the business manager for Oshinski & Forsberg, Ltd. since 2019, Drew Simmons brings a renewed perspective to our firm with a diverse background and exceptional attention to detail, managing projects from conception to completion.
Drew’s 38-year career encompasses business management, marketing communications, human resources and benefits administration, meeting planning and facilitation, special events planning, sales, public speaking, business start-up and office relocation coordination, team advocacy, leadership and supervisory roles. She also has expertise in business-to-business and business-to-consumer business development and is an excellent relationship and networking team builder and appreciates the value of partnering with the community.
Drew has been involved in the Carson City community, serving on various leadership boards including the Library Board of Trustees, and Women Entrepreneurs of the World business networking. She was co-founder of the Carson Area Marketing & Public Relations Network, a participant in the 2011 Carson City Leadership class and currently serves on Carson Tahoe Health’s Patient Experience Partnership Council.
Linda Gilbertson is the office manager at Oshinski & Forsberg, Ltd., with over 25 years of experience working with private law firms in the legal support field. She is responsible for the daily operations of our firm, providing a warm welcome, quality service and excellent legal support to all of our firm’s valued clients. Linda has been working alongside Rick and Mark since 2007, joining Oshinksi & Forsberg, Ltd., when it was established in 2014.
Linda has extensive experience providing legal support in all phases of state and federal litigation and appellate cases. She also has vast experience in our firm’s busiest areas of practice, including business formation and governance, real estate transactions and land use and development. In addition, she manages our registered agent filings and mechanics’ lien practice. Linda’s significant expertise with legal and administrative procedures and significant case management skills keep cases on track while allowing her to continually expand her legal knowledge.
When not at the office, Linda is a biking enthusiast. She also enjoys cooking, reading and exploring the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains by hiking, camping and boating.
